A hearing in the murder case of Theorn Duncan has been rescheduled to April. Evan Dixon, 60 years old of Houghton, has had a hearing originally scheduled for the end of this week reset for April. Dixon is charged with first-degree premeditated murder of Theron Duncan in November 2023. He also faces a felony firearm charge from the incident. At a hearing in January Dixon was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation to determine competency to stand trial. Dixon’s review hearing has been rescheduled for April 26th.
