Copper County ISD CTE students help support Camp Josh projects donated to the annual fundraiser banquet earlier this month. Students in the CCISD Career and Technical Education Welding and Manufacturing program built a fireplace and bench for the Camp Josh fundraiser silent auction. The pieces sold for an impressive 1,500 dollars, supporting Camp Josh’s efforts to create a space for all to enjoy the outdoors. Camp Josh Board Member Jim Bobula expressed excitement over the event and auction’s success and thanked the CCISD CTE program for their generous donation to the benefit fundraiser. Camp Josh, located in Ontonagon County, invites adults and kids with physical and mental disabilities to their groups to enjoy and explore the outdoors.
