Baraga Chamber of Commerce Hosting Annual Mix and Mingle in Support of Local Scholarships

Baraga County’s annual Mix and Mingle will return at the end of the week. The Baraga County Chamber of Commerce plans to host its annual Keweenaw Bay and Beyond Mix and Mingle this Friday at the L’Anse Golf Course.

The evening includes refreshments, and an auction, and supports the Baraga County Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 scholarship program. During the event, attendees can enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a wine tasting, door prizes, and a 50/50 raffle. The brown bag auction led by auctioneer Ed Janisse, is sure to surprise with great values and gifts from local businesses. Recipients of the chamber’s 2024 scholarship program will also be in attendance as the evening honorees.

The Keweenaw Bay and Beyond Mix and Mingle event is sponsored by several community businesses including Bay Insurance, KCO Site Development, L’Anse Warden Electic Company, SEMCO Energy, and the Village of Baraga.

Individuals can attend the event for free. Chamber members and non-members are encouraged to attend and learn more about the Chamber of Commerce and support scholarships for local students. The Mix and Mingle at the L’Anse Golf Club will begin at 5:30 pm.
