Winter Storm Brings Winds, Rain, Snow

Warmer-than-expected temperatures contributed to lower-than-expected snowfall totals during the first winter storm of the season. On the Keweenaw Peninsula, most of the precipitation Monday fell as rain. Inland areas, where temperatures were slightly cooler, were hardest hit.
