On Friday Evan Dixon’s preliminary exam was moved to a later date due to a scheduling conflict. Dixon’s case is overseen by 98th District Court Judge Anna Talaska. Dixon practiced law in Houghton County for several years, before his arrest for the murder of Theron Duncan in November 2023. …
