Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller is hoping to establish a veterans’ court in Kalamazoo by as early as October. Fuller spent this week in Lansing learning how to administer the court. He says it’s almost identical to the drug court model, providing accountability, but also treatment and hope.
