Copper Shores adds five new Bridges facilitators

Copper Shores’ Bridges program continues to grow and impact individuals and families in the Copper Country. Copper Shores Bridges works throughout the foundation’s region of influence to provide financial education opportunities to residents. The program has steadily grown since launching, and recently added five new professional facilitators. The five new staff will guide discussions and provide essential support by bringing fresh perspectives and insights with the Bridges’ Getting Ahead and Money Matters programs. Aimee Kempen, Angela Coon, Bethanne Riffer, Cathy Luchessi, and Courtney Sebeck will join the Copper Shores Bridges team.

Each will bring a passion for helping others take control of their finances says Bridge Director Michael Steber. The Copper Shores Bridges programs aim to uplift individuals caught in a cycle of poverty and instability, by providing the knowledge and resources for creating financial stability. Earlier in the year the program launched its first course offerings in Baraga County and has made plans for future program expansion into Ontonagon County.
