Everyone wants to age with grace. But learning some tips for controlling anxiety, and stress and improving brain function can always help. Next week the Portage Lake District Library hosts the Houghton County SNAP Veterans Outreach and MSU Extension program aimed to help older residents learn about strategies for stress management and improving brain health. The Keys to Embracing Aging program led by John Sullivan will discuss topics related to brain health, stress management, and financial security. The program will begin at 4 pm on the 29th. Then takes place weekly during November. The final program will occur on November 20th. Those interested in learning more about aging gracefully and the Keys to embracing the aging program can find more details here.
