Jana Marie (Isola) Rascona, age 60, a resident of Calumet, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 at her home. Jana was born on April 9th, 1964 in Laurium to George and Diane (Allen) Isola.
Jana graduated from Calumet High School in 1982. She then went on to work in housekeeping for Houghton County Medical Care, and spent time working with disabled children.
Jana loved animals and she loved to spend her time feeing various kinds of wildlife.
Jana is preceded in death by her parents George and Diane Isola, and her younger sister Julie Isola.
Jana is survived by her son John Rascona and older brothers George Isola and Darrell Isola and significant other Terry Balicki.
A funeral service for Jana Rascona will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday October 24, 2024 at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home located in Calumet, Michigan. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM Thursday October 24, 2024.
