MI-TRALE encourages trail maintenance with the community in 2025

More than 550 miles of trail maintenance take a lot of dedication. Earlier in the year MI-TRALE sent out a call to members and the community for volunteers to help with trail maintenance projects. Thanks to the help of three MI TRALE members Board member Chris Palmer says the group was able to meet DNR inspection dates.

As the club wraps up the summer trail riding season for ORV and ATV, MI TRALE wants to get a head start on maintenance for 2025. DNR Trail has hard dates for inspections each year and the club asks for people that will help achieve those annual markers. Inspections take place twice a year around Memorial Day and Labor Day. Online MI TRALE has shared a spreadsheet that includes trails and maintenance sign-ups. In addition, the club asks for help with the maintenance of club trails for those willing to pitch in a little extra.

Anyone interested in signing for trail maintenance in 2025 with MI TRALE can find more information here. Find trail club information and contact details for those interested in becoming a member or supporting the organization here.
