William Nicholas Horner was sentenced yesterday on one count of using a computer to commit a crime and one count of possession of child sexual abuse material after pleading guilty on June 12th. Horner was arrested in January with Stacey Horner, by the MSP Computer Crimes Unit and Internet Crimes Against Children task force. William had been charged with two counts of each crime. In June when he plead guilty, two charges were dismissed. He will spend 12 months in jail, and complete 60 months of probation. Stacy Horner has had her sentence hearing scheduled for August 19th.
