Let’s Rebuild Community needs volunteers willing to work this Saturday on homes in the local area. Let’s Rebuild Community works throughout the Copper Country to identify homes owned by seniors who need small upgrades that improve the liveability and length of the structure. The 2024 summer project will assist with painting the exterior of homes, and provide some landscaping services for seniors, veterans, and residents with disabilities. By improving the exterior of the structure Let’s Rebuild Community improves its appearance and safety. Volunteers will work between August 10 and 11th and between the 17th and 18th. On Saturday volunteers will meet for breakfast at a morning picnic next to 1902 Restaurant in South Range. Persons interested in volunteering this weekend or want to learn more about the Let’s Rebuild Community program should contact Bill Binroth for more information below.
