Melanie June Bush, 42, of Ashland, WI was able to make her final journey to Heaven peacefully late Friday evening on August 2, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family and friends after a 4 year battle with Neuroendocrine Carcinoma.
Melanie was born on January 20, 1982 in Hancock, MI to Annabelle and Donald Johnson. She was united in marriage on May 4, 2001 to Clint Randall Bush of Marengo, WI.
Melanie was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Marengo. She had a simple faith that was a significant part of her life. She always had a special place in her heart for the youth and they were always welcomed into her home.
Melanie is survived by her husband Clint and their children Dylan (Allison) along with grandson born on August 3, 2024 Tommy Randall of Vader, WA; Elliott of Sheridan, WY; Vienna and Kingston of Ashland, WI.
Her mother Annabelle (Monty) Norris of Moorcroft, WY; siblings Richard (Amanda) Johnson of Atlantic Mine, MI; Clint (Anita) Johnson of Hancock, MI; Leanne (Derrek) Wilson of Davenport, WA; Renee (Kim) Wadesson of Atlantic Mine, MI; and Laurena (Kurt) Blakeman of Marengo, WI. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins along with a host of Christian friends.
Proceeding Melanie in death are her father Donald Johnson of Hancock, MI and Grandparents Martin and Sylvia Pintar of Hancock, MI & Richard and Shirley Johnson of Phoenix, AZ.
A visitation will be held Tuesday August 6, 2024 from 6pm to 8pm and funeral service Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 11am. Both will be held at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Marengo, WI.
