David Lasanen, age 67, a resident of Calumet, Michigan passed away on Monday June 10, 2024, at his home in Calumet, Michigan.
David was born on January 10, 1957 to parents Wesley and Florence (Spath) Lasanen.
David is preceded in death by his parents Wesley and Florence Lasanen, his brother John Lasanen, his sister Sharon Limanen, his father in-law Paul Ylitalo, his sisters in-law Sandy Lasanen, Sheri Ylitalo and Kim Ylitalo, his brothers in-law Karl Oja, Brad Ylitalo and Ron Ylitalo.
David is survived by his wife of 37 years Linda (Ylitalo) Lasanen, his children Darren Lasanen, Nathan (Megan) Lasanen, Kevin Lasanen, Tanya Lasanen, Kristy (Sawyer) Huhta, Jodi Lasanen and still born son Steven Lasanen, his grandchildren Emmett and Lars Lasanen, and Renley Huhta. He is also survived by his brothers Rob (Debbie) Lasanen, Dennis (Cindy) Lasanen, Ray (Cherie) Lasanen, his sisters Ann (Ken) Helminen, Judy (John) Kilpela, Jean (Bill) Dunstan, Mary (Les) Brewer, his mother in-law Lillian Ylitalo, his brothers in-law Dan (Katie) Ylitalo, Tom (Chrys) Ylitalo, Brian Ylitalo, Mark (Barb) Ylitalo, Bruce (Lynn) Ylitalo, Aaron (Mindy) Ylitalo, Jason (Katie) Ylitalo, his sisters in-law Kathy Oja, Karen (Jim) Linna, Kris (Kevin) Kangas, and Rachel Ylitalo.
There will be a graveside service held for David on Thursday June 13, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Calvary Cemetery located in Ahmeek, Michigan.
The Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
