MDOT will begin culvert replacement work on M-28 over Rolston Creek on Monday. The Michigan Department of Transportation will start a 1.9 million dollar project to replace a culvert, complete road reconstruction, ditch grading, and scour countermeasures on M-28 near Trout Creek township. The Department anticipates the project will finish in September. While work continues throughout the summer one lane will remain open with alternating traffic maintained by temporary traffic signals. MDOT will set a 13-foot lane width restriction during the project.
