Copper Shores Extends Meals on Wheels Cookie Fundraiser Order Deadline

Some may have logged online last night to place a last-minute order with Copper Shores Meals on Wheels for the group’s last day to purchase cookies with the holiday fundraiser. Well for those who think they may have missed out on the delicious fundraiser, Copper Shores says there is still time. Yesterday Meals on Wheels extended the order deadline for the holiday box of cookies fundraiser that supports the Meals on Wheels program to Sunday, December 17th. Orders can be picked up on the 13th, 18th, or 19th of the month. Boxes will include a variety of at least 20 cookies, including many baked by volunteers with Meals on Wheels and local businesses. Proceeds help Meals on Wheels continue to deliver more than 90,000 meals annually to seniors in the Copper Country. Orders cost 40 dollars per box. Find more information here.
