Hancock Planning Commission Considers Multiple Residential Zoning Applications

Hancock Planning Commission will consider multiple zoning applications that will seek to build residential housing. J.S. Stringer Properties has two zoning applications for consideration with the planning commission. Both will build new housing on Navy Street in Hancock. One project will seek to build a single-family residential home, the second project will look to construct a 9-unit multi-family residential structure in the same area. The third zoning application up for consideration comes from Mark Koski Properties. The project will seek to construct a 5-unit townhouse unit on North Lincoln Street. A final zoning application will construct an addition to 306 Hancock Street, that will convert the structure into a duplex. Another action item on the planning commission’s agenda will consider a rezoning request for two parcels, from industrial to R-1 residential. The Hancock Planning Commission meeting will begin at 6 p.m. this evening.
