Two Arraigned Following Meth Bust

Charges have been revealed against two people arrested following a drug raid in Houghton a week ago. 

Terry John Bartlett and Jamie Bartlett were arraigned before Judge Nicholas Daavettila in 97th District Court yesterday morning.

Terry Bartlett faces one count of maintaining a lab involving methamphetamine, one count of delivery and/or manufacturing of methamphetamine, and one count of soliciting another person to obtain ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, which is a critical ingredient in meth manufacturing. Bond was set at $50,000.

Jamie Bartlett is charged with purchase/possession of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine to manufacture meth. Her bond was set at $2,500.

Probable cause conferences for both are set for March 6th, with preliminary examinations on March 13th.
