Accounting Firm to Get New Owners

One of the area’s largest accounting firms is about to change hands.

Rukkila, Negro and Associates, CPA’s, PC will transfer to new ownership next month.

The 20-year-old firm has been operated by Peter Negro and staff since 2011, providing accounting, auditing and tax services.

The new owners will be Ryan Markham and David Rautiola. Markham has been a  CPA and Tax Manager with the firm since 2008. Rautiola recently ended a six-year term as President/CEO of Breakwater Federal Credit Union.
