Rabbit Island School Application Window Open

Applications are now being accepted from young people who want to attend this summer’s Rabbit Island School. 

Full scholarships are available for students who are entering their sophomore, junior or senior years of high school, or equivalent. 

Rabbit Island is located four miles off the east end of the Keweenaw Peninsula. Each summer, a group of up to seven students spends a week on the island with four mentors. They use the time to pursue projects involving arts and ecology.

Applicants are required to submit a letter of interest, along with a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, employer or coach.
