MSP Troopers Shot in Norway

Two Michigan State Police troopers are recovering this morning from injuries they sustained during a shooting in Norway yesterday afternoon. Just after 3:30 p.m., someone shot at police near 11th & 12th avenue as troopers were attempting to serve a warrant at a residence when they came under fire. Two troopers received injuries. The suspect was not injured. The suspect was taken into custody and is currently lodged in the Dickinson County Jail.
