A local lawmaker is already sounding off on Governor Snyder’s State of the State address. Representative Scott Dianda says that the legislature needs to make Michigan’s economy work for everyone, especially seniors and working families. Dianda continued his opposition of the May ballot proposal regarding road funding saying that it is the job of the legislators to find a solution to the problem and not rely on the voters to make that tough decision. He added that the tax incentives for big corporations need to stop and that money should be used to help local entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
