Landon Stevens tied the game 45 seconds later. Dean Loukas’ goal early in the third period was the game-winner, and a long, slow, late empty-netter off the stick of Nolan Sturos sealed the victory. The Gremlins outshot the Copper Kings 32-16. Aksel Loukas earned the win in net, and Jimmy Pietila took the loss.

Seedings for this year’s NCAA tourney will be revealed this evening.
