Alfred Erickson American Legion Post 186 Get New, Commercial Refrigerator

Thanks to a $3,000 grant from Home Depot, the Alfred Erickson American Legion Post 186 was able to install a new, much needed commercial refrigerator.

Commander Rod Guilbault.

“We replaced a fairly old refrigerator that’s been there for quite a long time and we’re extremely happy top get this fridge through Home Depot. We applied for that grant and it was great to add that addition to our kitchen.”

The new fridge couldn’t have come at a better time, as the Post’s fundraising spaghetti dinner is Sunday.

This would’ve been their second fundraiser, but the first one was cancelled, when the COVID-19 pandemic started.

The post relies heavily on their fundraisers to continue supporting veterans, their families and community programs.

Come on out this Sunday from 12p-4p to pick up your spaghetti dinner curbside.

$9 for adults and $4 for kids 12 and under.
