Governor Whitmer Extends E-Notary/E-Signature Executive Order

Governor Whitmer has extended her executive order, which allows business to be conducted remotely, by permitting the expanded use of e-notaries and e-signatures.

Governor Whitmer went on to say “This executive order will protect more people during this ongoing public health crisis by reducing unnecessary interactions while providing a pathway for people to conduct business as usual.”

The order is in effect, through September 30th.
