Governor Whitmer Extends E-Signature Executive Order

Governor Whitmer has extended the executive order, allowing e-signatures and remote notarizations, in order to avoid unnecessary in person contact, while the state battles the COVID-19 pandemic.

Whitmer stated that encouraging the use of e-signatures and alternative means of notarization, will protect more people during this ongoing health crisis.

The current order is in effect through July 31st.
