Hancock Public Schools Foundation Awards $30,000 In Scholarships

Eleven 2020 Hancock High School graduates were awarded $30,000 in scholarships, thanks to the Hancock Public Schools Foundation.

The selection committee consists of HPSF Scholarship Committee members, along with representatives from Hancock Public Schools and the HCH Alumni Association.

Scholarship winners were Hannah Bastian, Payton Dube, Vanessa Dulong, Jari Juntti, D’Andra Kero, Sydney LaCourt, Gavin Mackey, Makenna Nuttall, who happened to be this year’s Valedictorian, Colton Salani, Jesse Silverson and Ellie Sturos.

HPSF Scholarship Committee Chair Michele Blau said  “We are proud of their unique acheivements academically and in their capacity to be future leaders. Congratulations to the 2020 scholarship recipients.”
