Houghton Planning Commission OK’s Marijuana Ordinance For Public Hearing

Ordinance 2020-310 is on it’s way to public hearings next month, with no restrictions on the number of licenses for either medical or recreational marijuana.

Ordinance 2020-311, which deals with a specific central business district ordinance, was presented to the planning commission for consideration.

The Special Land Use Permit for Northern Specialty Health, will also have a public hearing at the next planning commission meeting, on June 23rd.
