Houghton City Council Meeting To Be Held Electronically

Due to the Governor’s recent executive order regarding the Open Meetings Act, The Houghton City Council’s meeting scheduled for Wednesday March 25th, will take place electronically.

The public will be able to attend electronically, with the ability to comment during the public comment period.

The council will update the public on how to participate, as details are still being worked out.

On Monday March 23rd, the council packet will be posted on the city’s website, so everyone will have complete access to the agenda.

The city’s marijuana ordinances will be a big part of Wednesday’s meeting.
