Peters Suggests Dedicated Federal COVID-19 Website

Michigan U.S. Senator Gary Peters thinks the federal government should create a centralized website for coronavirus information.

That information is now being housed on the Centers for Disease Control website.

Peters sent a letter to Vice President Mike Pence, who is coordinating the federal response, suggesting that “coronavirus.gov” would be an appropriate name.

Peters says a simple, unified site would help combat misinformation being spread about the virus and its effects.
