Trick or treaters will be traveling through Copper Country neighborhoods tonight, looking for treats… and perhaps not looking out for traffic. Officials caution drivers to be careful this evening. Parents are encouraged to make sure their kids are visible – with brightly colored costumes, reflective tape, and flashlights. Trick or treat hours for local communities are posted below.
If you’re looking for alternatives to trick-or-treating, the haunted house run by the Calumet High School Drama Club will be open again this evening at the Gipp Arena in Laurium. The Chassell Lions Club is hosting a community Halloween party from 6:00 until 8:00 at the VFW hall. It’s a family event, and all are invited.
