Chartier Promoted to Regional Director of Home Care and Hospice

U.P. Health System – Portage will have a new person overseeing their home care and hospice services. Craig Chartier, Director of Home Care and Hospice for UP Health System – Marquette, has been promoted to Regional Director of Home Care and Hospice, effective immediately. UP Health System Market President Jim Bogan says Chartier’s over 25 years of experience in home care and hospice will guide them in clinical excellence, operational efficiencies, professional development and leadership mentoring. Chartier will also oversee the home care and hospice services at the Marquette location.
