Grants are available for programs that manage wildlife habitat or increase public participation in wildlife-related recreation, including hunting, fishing and trapping. Grants for 2014 range from $15,000 to $650,000, the total grant pool available. Grant applications are due March 1 and are posted on the DNR website. Grant awards are scheduled to be announced April 1.
