The sentencing date has been set for the Wisconsin man convicted of posing as a U.S. Marshal and holding two Watton residents at gunpoint during a robbery last summer. 47-year-old Bernard Fish will be sentenced October 20th in Baraga County Circuit Court. Fish was found guilty of two counts each of armed robbery, extortion and unlawful imprisonment and one count of impersonating a peace officer to commit a crime. Fish faces a possible sentence of life in prison.
