Nassiri Trial Underway

The murder case involving a Dollar Bay couple is currently on trial. Nima Nassiri is charged with second degree murder in the domestic assault case involving his wife, Senaz Nezami. The incident took place in Dollar Bay back in December and found its way into Houghton County Circuit Court. Testimony began yesterday and the trial is expected to last the entire week. If convicted, Nassiri could face life in prison.
