Focus Groups Continue At Portage Lake District Library

The Portage Lake District Library is continuing to ask for area residents to take part in a series of focus groups to help form a new strategic plan for the library.

Those who would like to share their vision for new library services in our area, or who have ideas on how the library can improve its current offerings are asked to join one of the targeted focus groups.

The next group is teachers, who will meet Tuesday at 6pm at the library.

Senior citizens and teenagers have already met and the remaining focus groups are Families with Children and Adults without Children.

Teens, Tuesday, May 15 at 6:00 p.m.
Teachers, Tuesday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m.
Families with Children, Tuesday, May 29 at 6:00 p.m.
Adults without Children, Tuesday, June 5 at 6:00 p.m.

Positions with each focus group are limited. Advance registration is required, and can be done at the library’s main circulation desk. For more information, please call the library at 482-4570.
