Jay H. Stevens, 19, a resident of Painesdale suddenly passed away Sunday morning May 6, 2018, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
The Memorial Chapel & Plowe Funeral Homes of Hancock are assisting the family with the arrangements which will be announced at a later time.
