Spectators are invited to get up close and personal with the cars, drivers and co-drivers on Friday October 20th beginning at 1:00pm as over fifty entries will be on display during the Parc Expose at the Country Inn and Suites on Razor Back Drive in Houghton. First car out will be at 2:50pm with cars leaving at one minute intervals as they head to the Sidnaw and Kenton area to tackle the forest roads and night stages in the Ottawa National Forest.

On Saturday October 21st, spectators once again have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the cars, drivers and co-drivers during the Parc Expose along the L’Anse Waterfront Park beginning at 9:00am. First car out from L’Anse is at 10:40am and will head for several forest stages in Baraga County before heading back to Houghton for the final stage of the day, the Houghton Downtown Stage. Back by popular demand for its second year for the Exedy Clutch LSPR Ottawa Rally. The Downtown Houghton Stage is a 0.5 mile street stage running along Lakeshore Drive in Downtown Houghton with first car out at 5:45pm. The Subaru Downtown Stage is being set up with spectator area for public viewing. Spectators are advised to get there early and enjoy Downtown Houghton.

The Lake Superior Performance Rally will have several locations over the two days for spectators to viewing. But better yet, get involved and be next to the racing. We are looking for workers to help with a variety of jobs. Medical, Marshals, and Control workers are just a few of the positions needed. See our website for viewing opportunities.

LSPR staff is being helped this year by a variety of groups helping pull off this event. The City of Houghton, Ottawa National Forest, and Baraga, Houghton and Iron County Road Commissions.

We wish to thank our sponsors, Exedy Brakes, The Daily Mining Gazette, Subaru, Ford, Midway Rentals, Country Inn & Suites, MTU KRC, CCISD, MTEC SmartZone, 906 Wraps, DirtFish Racing School and many others. Without their help, we could not present this event to our competitors and our spectators and workers.
