Vaudeville Show Auditions At The Calumet Theatre

A little bit of humor, dramatic acting, some music–and a lot of surprises are what make up the Vaudeville Variety shows at the Calumet Theatre.

Auditions are being held today at the theatre for five Vaudeville shows being held this summer.

Show director Dave Heinz says, when it comes to Vaudeville…you can expect the unexpected.

The shows are put on by the Calumet Drama Club but are open to all ages and nearly any type of entertaining act.

Acts typically run 5 to 15 minutes and no two shows are exactly the same.

Auditions take place from 5:00 to 7:00.

Another audition will be held on July 27th.

Performances will be held every Tuesday from July 18th through August 15th.
