Breaking and Entering Suspects to be Arraigned

Two Gogebic County breaking and entering suspects are out on $1,000 bonds following their arrest Wednesday night. Troopers from the Wakefield Post of the Michigan State Police apprehended a 25-year-old Ramsey man and a 27-year-old Bessemer man after executing search warrants at two separate residences in Gogebic County. The suspects are believed to have been involved in a copper theft last week in the Carp Lake Township, White Pine area of Ontonagon County. Their names will not be released until after their arraignment. Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing and there is a possibility that both suspects may be responsible for other thefts in the surrounding area.
