2-1-1 Network Now Available Statewide

A new 2-1-1 service is now available throughout Michigan to provide resources and assistance to residents in need of help with utilities and other problems such as water and landlord issues.

That’s commissioner Norm Saari.

The network connects people with information and resources assistance with utilities.

2-1-1 has been limited for the past few years, but the Michigan Public Service Commission says the network is now available to everyone throughout the state of Michigan.
