Part of Front Street To Be Closed In Lake Linden

Village of Lake Linden residents need to be aware of an upcoming road closure.

Starting Monday, September 26th, Front Street from 8th Street to the Bootjack Rd. (which is 9th Street) will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for repairs to a water main and service laterals.

Students and other pedestrians should use the sidewalks along Calumet Street when commuting from the north end of the Village.

Also, residents on the 800 block of Front Street and Calumet Street will see periodic water service interruptions during these repairs.

Notice will be given to those residences in person prior to these outages.

The project is expected to take up to two weeks to complete.
