Email Threat At Michigan Tech Being Investigated

An email threat has prompted Michigan Tech officials to send an alert to students at the school, warning them to stay vigilant.

MTU’s Director of Public Safety and Police Services Brian Cadwell says the threat was also received at several other universities and four federal FDA facilities prompting the FBI to get involved in the investigation.

The bureau has linked the email to an over-seas account and the investigation is ongoing.
