Flint Water Improving

Scientists say the water in Flint is better and people can now use what’s coming out of the faucet for hand-washing, showering and bathing.

Scientists say byproducts from disinfecting agents such as chlorine are now at normal levels in Flint, but a filter should still be used for drinking and food preparation.

Virginia Tech Engineering Professor Marc Edwards is leading the team studying and testing the water.
