The Michigan State Police are investigating a marijuana growing operation in Osceola Township. Troopers from the Calumet Post received a call about a snow plowing complaint. While on the scene, troopers noticed an overwhleming smell of marijuana from a nearby house. Troopers approached the homeowner and received consent to search the house, where they found over 20 marijuana plants and over 2000 grams of usable marijuana. No arrests have been made at this time.
