Tis The Season To Be Stressed

While most people are decking the halls this time of year, for many holiday stress can lead to a blue Christmas.

Kathryn Salmi of Christian Counseling in Hancock says this time of year can be especially difficult for those who have lost a loved one.

Salmi says people who are hurting should be allowed to grieve and not pressured into celebrating when it’s not what they want to do.

It’s also important to remember that many people feel alone during the holidays more than any other time during the year.

Kathryn Salmi is a guest on this Sunday’s Copper Country Today and will discuss how the holidays can bring you down, and ways to help pick you back up.
