Michigan motorists have experienced yet another reduction in the average price of a gallon of gas.
AAA reports the state’s average is now at $1.83 per gallon, seven cents lower than it was last week at this time.
It’s also 43 cents less than it was a year ago.
Of the ten metro areas surveyed, the lowest price is in the Lansing/East Lansing area at $1.72 per gallon.
The highest was in Marquette at $1.96.
For four straight weeks now, the average gas price in Michigan has remained below $2 per gallon and also below the national average.
