Boat Found By Houghton County Sheriff's Department

The Houghton County Sheriff’s Department has recovered a small 12-foot older model aluminum boat.

It was found on the shores of Agate Beach in Stanton Township on Friday.

It has a Minnesota registration on it and is dented all over with two small cracks in the bottom of the hull.

The boat is silver in color with three bench seats inside of it.

The boat is now located at the Sheriff’s Department.
