The Finnish American Heritage Center will be hosting a professional retail workshop later today at 5:30 p.m. The event will educate local businessowners as a part of the Reshape Downtown Hancock Initiative. Two guests will be present: Laura Marohnic, a financial & strategy specialist from the National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators and Denise Hansen, a retail and marketing consultant from Imapct Retailing LLC. Among the topics that will be discussed are learning to set performance measurements and how to provide a rich experience for customers. There will also be on-lcation consulting as well for those seeking help with aspects like cash flow management and selling techniques.
