MLB – Tigers Close with Win
The Detroit Tigers closed their 2015 season by shutting out the Chicago White Sox 6-0 yesterday. Daniel Norris and four relievers limited the Sox to just three hits. Tyler Collins drove in three runs. Details are here.
Despite the win, the Tigers finished the season in last place in the American League Central.
The Chicago Cubs scored three runs in the first inning, and held on for a 3-1 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers. Details are here.
The Brewers finished fourth in the National League Central Division.
The Yankees and Astros will meet in the American League Wildcard Play-In game tomorrow night. The Cubs and Pirates will meet in the National League Play-In game on Wednesday.

NFL – Packers Still Unbeaten
The Green Bay Packers remained unbeaten with a 17-3 victory over the San Francisco 49ers yesterday. The Green Bay defense sacked Niners’ quarterback Colin Kaepernick six times. Details are here.
